Meghan shocked the London audience as she presented her wedding dress designer, Givenchy's Clare Waight Keller, with the British Designer of the Year Award. She chose a one-shoulder velvet Givenchy gown for the occasion, and while the dress is floor-length, a modest slit allowed us to catch a glimpse of her insanely gorgeous shoes.
