Michelle Obama has been crushing her wardrobe game while promoting her memoir, Becoming. She has been seen wearing everything from an embellished light pink suit to a pair of Alexander Wang leather pants. Most recently, Michelle was seen giving a talk during the 2019 Essence Festival, which took place at the Louisiana Superdome in New Orleans.
The former FLOTUS wore a custom Sergio Hudson creation that just about took our breath away. Rather than wearing a suit or an LBD, Michelle decided to have some fun in a sequinned midnight blue jumpsuit. The one-of-a-kind creation had a '70s feel with its wide-leg silhouette. She accessorised with a matching silk satin belt that cinched in her waist, also by the designer. To complete her outfit, Michelle slipped into a pair of strappy heels that came in a similar hue. This actually isn't the first time she's worn a head-turning jumpsuit this year. She previously chose a custom black embellished Stella McCartney jumpsuit while promoting her memoir in London. Clearly, she knows how to rock the heck out of the style!
