Bright new label Peter Pilotto presented their Autumn line at London Fashion Week yesterday. It is designed by duo Christopher De Vos and Peter Pilotto who met whilst studying in Antwerp. They stayed true to their computer generated technicolour prints which put them so firmly in the spotlight for Spring '09. Also, they draped the printed silk beautifully, particularly around the hips and shoulders to exaggerated the female shape.
The new penchant for big shoulders were emphasised with crystal embellishment. Hemlines were short for these fun party dresses which are both commercially viable and fashion forward. The looks were styled with over the knee boots which were worn loose and high. Pilotto was supported by Topshop's New Generation scheme proving the importance of London Fashion Week as a platform for new designers. The show also received front row support from Peaches Geldof and Erin O'Connor. What do you think of the collection?
