First lady Sarah Brown has done a lot to help promoted the British fashion industry over the past year hosting several parties at Number 10 and appearing in many front rows. She is in Brighton this week to support her husband at the Labour Party conference, and she did not miss an opportunity to show off her style credentials!
The American first lady, Michelle Obama, gets a lot of praise for supporting upcoming, homegrown talent and now Sarah is following suit as she stepped up to the podium in an Erdem frock. This was one of the key labels to watch for Spring 2010 with even Anna Wintour taking notice of his funky floral prints.
This particular number is part of the Autumn '09 collection and she teamed it with a pair of pointed Jimmy Choo heels. Sarah is clearly a fan of this London based fashion brand too as she has donated a different pair of Choos to charity this week. They're currently being auctioned off on Ebay for Wellbeing of Women. What do you think of Sarah's look?
