2010 Autumn New York Fashion Week: Diane von Furstenberg

Diane von Furstenberg's last collection with Nathan Jenden took place yesterday as part of New York Fashion Week. The Autumn collection introduced elements of tailoring which is unusual for the designer. They were presented next to classic DVF wrap dresses, with plenty of frills and funky prints. The show notes included a quote by the designer where she said, “I always wanted to live a man’s life in a woman’s body," and the collection definitely reflected that sentiment.
