Rachel wore a red Oscar de la Renta gown, red strappy heels by Schutz, and beautiful Tiffany earrings to add an extra pop of Old-Hollywood glamour. The star is nominated for outstanding lead actress in a comedy series, and she walked the red carpet with her boyfriend, Jason Ralph.
