If anyone knows how to pull out all the stops at Crop Over Festival, it's Rihanna. The singer turned up the heat at the Barbados-based carnival two years ago when she stepped out wearing a sparkly, jewel-encrusted bikini with a matching headpiece and giant feather wings, and now she's doing it all over again in an equally extravagant look. At this year's event, Rihanna shut things down in a strapless, pink minidress with protruding feathers that only slightly reminds me of the gorgeous asymmetrical Giambattista Valli Couture gown that she wore to the Valerian premiere in 2015.
