Semi-serious question: why does anyone else besides Rihanna even bother showing up to the Met Gala anymore? Once again, RiRi stole the spotlight at this year's ball, as she truly stuck to the theme "Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination" by wearing a bedazzled pope-inspired outfit. The look immediately grabbed our attention when she arrived on the red carpet. Her show-stopping outfit consisted of a jewel-encrusted minidress by Margiela that showed off her legs and a matching overcoat and headpiece that looked just like the one that Pope Francis wears.
