Once in a while, I come across a trend that's so eye-catching, I just can't wait to try it out. For me, that was when I was sitting at Tory Burch's Fall 2019 show watching one model after another wearing blouses and dresses with ruffled necklines. While ruffles themselves are nothing new, brands like Zimmermann and Valentino have given the look a romantic new spin by focusing mainly on the neckline.
