A few days before the annual Victoria's Secret show, British retailer Simply Be staged its own lingerie presentation, which aimed to be "the most size inclusive lingerie presentation of the season", featuring models from a UK size 10-22. Model Robyn Lawley opened the show, and she was joined by a diverse group of models that included Ashley James, Hayley Hasselhoff, Felicity Hayward, Kelly Knox, Ayesha Perry-Iqbal, Joann van den Herik, Nahuane Drumond, Danielle Esprit, and Anais Jay.

It wasn't the first time Simply Be has made a statement about the lack of size inclusivity in the fashion industry. Back in February, the label took to the streets of London for a body positive protest on the first day of London Fashion Week. For this new campaign, models wore the brand's latest collection, plus some very familiar-looking angel wings.

"Our 'We're All Angels' show is a celebration of women and who they are, eliminating the idea that we are defined by our bodies. At Simply Be we believe that women should be able to wear whatever they want regardless of size," said Ann Steer, chief customer officer at N Brown Group, which owns Simply Be. "Most presentations and campaigns of this type feature only size eight or smaller models but our line-up of incredible women highlights that there are no boundaries when it comes to size, something that Simply Be has firmly embraced. This isn't about thin shaming — we just think it's time we saw more diversity in terms of size in advertising campaigns and on runways."
