Finding an amazing new swimsuit brand can sometimes feel like your birthday and Christmas all wrapped into one. When I had the opportunity to attend Miami Swim Week with Paraiso, I was more than excited to see a fresh batch of designers show off their latest collections. While I'd like to think of myself as a swimsuit connoisseur, there were plenty of new brands that stuck out to me this season.

The Insta-fave brand Monday Swimwear, which is designed by influencers Natasha Oakley and Devin Brugman, championed body positivity with models of all sizes walking down the runway with equally as adorable linen cover-ups and Sensi Studio hats and bags. Sustainability also made a huge splash during Swim Week with brands like Natasha Tonic creating an array of trendy suits that are made out of a hemp fibre that helps creates less waste during production.

Supermodels like Devon Windsor followed in Candice Swanepoel's footsteps and got in on the swimsuit scene by starting her own line. It's actually pretty brilliant that the two of them have their own lines because they clearly know more than a thing or two about swimsuits, considering the amount of time they have to spend in them for work. Ahead, you will find 16 swimsuit brands you need to know this Summer.

Reina Olga was started in 2017 by the sister duo Guia and Isotta Cleps. Fun fact: the brand was named after their grandmothers! The brand's Instagram bio pretty much describes the brand's cheeky sensibilities perfectly: "No bikini is ever too small, and no tooshie is ever too big."
