Tory Burch Makes Us Want to Chuck All Our Accessories and Start Over
Nothing against the clothes at Tory Burch's Spring 2015 runway show, but we hardly noticed them. Yes, we loved her personally engineered prints and her knack for making raffia tweed look ultraluxe, but let's move on to the real reason we are obsessed with her new collection. Or, the two reasons: the shoes and the bags.
First, there was the desert boot, sometimes crackled and sometimes printed. Then there were the blue and white woven flats, and who can forget the colourblock mules with block heels so daunting it made us realise we'll have to get right to work on our toe exercises? To be honest, the purse selection — particularly the basket weaving on classic bucket bags and top-handle clutches — was one of the only things that could distract us from the footwear. Well, that, the retro sunglasses, and the Nantucket-meets-safari statement earrings.
So, if you're curious about the skirts, jackets, and dresses, go ahead and scroll through her looks yourself. But if the add-ons prove impossibly distracting, don't say we didn't warn you.
