You might want to get a good look at Valentino's newest collection, because we're telling you right now, it's going to be ever-y-where come Spring 2019. What started out as a parade of black dresses [1] down the Paris runway soon turned into a rainbow of colours. There were shades of pink, and green, and yellow, and red. There were short and long lengths [2], caped and printed creations, and also tiered designs. Plus if you like embellishments, Valentino had plenty, such as sparkle and feathers that decorated sandals and extra-large hats.

It really wasn't too much of a surprise that there was a little something for everyone: the show notes did say that creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli was inspired by the freedom to be oneself. So if you're ready to make a statement next year, start saving now. Once you get a good look at what's ahead, it's entirely possible you'll want every piece. (We know we do.)
