1. Posh & The Spice Girls — The '90s

Should she wear the little black Gucci dress, or the little black Gucci dress? Victoria Beckham's style story began with her Posh Spice persona. Posh's signature look was a brown straight-cut bob, a black or gold minidress, or head-to-toe leather looks.

3. Posh Spice's Solo Career — 2001

The Spice Girls just wasn't the same after Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice) left the group in 1998. Between 2001 and 2004, Victoria tried to launch a solo career of her own — her most notable work? A series of "Dirrty"-looking performance outfits with leather trousers, and a scarf worn as a bandana.

4. Posh, the Essex Girl — 2003

Victoria started channeling her inner Essex girl in the early 2000s. While experimenting with breast implants (which she later admitted she regretted and hinted she had removed), she grew out her hair, and loved wearing tightly-fitted corsets. Arguably, this is one of Victoria Beckham's most influential eras — the asymmetrical bob, massive sunglasses, and sky-high cleavage. It's gaudy, and over the top, and we absolutely love these bra strap-flaunting looks.
