Adam Rippon and His Partner's Gold Engagement Rings Make For Quite the Shimmery Stack!

Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon is engaged to his partner, Jussi-Pekka "JP" Kajaala, and the announcement comes with a pair of beautiful gold engagement rings that were bought together in JP's home country of Finland. "I really wanted us to have rings from Finland. I thought it would be fun to have a little piece of Finland with us all the time as JP is getting ready to move to Los Angeles hopefully by the end of the year," Rippon told People, confirming that the gold bands were unboxed together so that the joint proposal would be all the more special.
If you scroll to the right and zoom in close, you'll notice that Adam's ring has added sparkle and shimmer within the band, whereas JP's is simple, but both take the form of a "double stack" illusion, so it's easy to see that these rings go together despite being unique in their own way. For their adorable photo shoot, in which the couple posed with champagne — which, BTW, only accented their jewellery even more — they wore cosy sweaters and trousers, celebrating in style.
