Ashley Graham can make even the tallest heels look easy to walk in. Case in point: the model wore platforms with a staggering 8.5-inch heel to the Marc Jacobs spring runway show on 2 Feb. and breezed through the streets of NYC with not a wobble in sight. The white patent leather heels come with five straps across the front, three of which are buckled, and a thick 5.5-inch platform. Graham's specific shoes are from Marc Jacobs's autumn 2022 collection [1], but similarly towering platforms [2] went down the catwalk at the designer's show last week.
With help from stylist Emily Evans [3], Graham paired her eye-catching footwear with a sky-blue knitted dress and rhinestone Marc Jacobs shoulder bag. She finished the look with several mismatched Mikimoto pearl earrings, a stack of gold rings, and a baby french manicure. "The higher the heel, the closer to God," she captioned a gallery of Instagram photos [4] showing off her full outfit.
