In partnership with the British Fashion Council and Bags of Ethics, Boots has launched reusable face masks designed by six top British fashion designers.

Mulberry, RIXO, Halpern, Julien Macdonald, Liam Hodges, and RAEBURN have all designed a face covering with a unique pattern in their personal style, which will be sold in a pack of three (each pack also comes with two protective pouches) for £15 available at Boots.com. One-hundred percent of net profits from the Great British Designer Reusable Face Coverings sales will be split among three charities: NHS Charities Together, BFC Foundation Fashion Fund for the COVID Crisis, and Wings of Hope Children's Charity.

Each face covering is made with two breathable layers of certified-organic cotton sateen as well as bio-enzyme washed fabric, which gives them a smoother surface. They are designed to have a snug fit — covering both the nose and the mouth — and feature an adjustable nose strip. The masks can be reused 50+ times and have been designed with a panel to insert a filter (the filter is not provided).

Boots also stresses that "this is an adult facial covering and does not protect you from any virus or airborne disease. This facial covering is designed to reduce the transmission of vapour droplets, it is not a PPE or Medical mask. We recommend this facial covering needs to be washed after every use according to the care instruction on the packaging."

After use, wash your mask either by hand or in the machine on no more than a 60°C wash and air dry.

The Great British Designer Reusable Face Coverings are available now on Boots.com for £15 for a pack of three.
