The "Level Up" singer earned the title for the umpteenth time in her career on Oct. 1 when she stepped out in a leg-baring dress to celebrate her new partnership with Ten to One rum. At the launch party in Seattle, she wore a black gown from Israeli fashion designer Alon Livné's new evening wear collection, featuring a sheer corset-style bodice, asymmetrical neckline, and slit that extended all the way up to her hip. The design fit her exquisitely and was basically a triple whammy of sexiness.
Stylist Kollin Carter, who's recently been cranking out look after look for Cardi B at Paris Fashion Week, chose the elegant dress for Ciara and accessorised with simple Jimmy Choo heels and glitzy diamond jewellery. Before heading to the event, Ciara made sure to give us an all-angles look at her outfit by strutting down a basketball court with a bottle of Ten to One in hand.
