As I was mindlessly scrolling through TikTok the other day, absolutely per usual, all of a sudden, my "For You" page (FYP) was flooded with videos praising Cotton On, the Australian label specialising in cosy basics. While I'm certainly no stranger to its plain white tees — a forever staple of my wardrobe — truthfully, I never really gave Cotton On another thought, that is, until TikToker Natalie Park (@itsnataliepark) told me — and her 29.6K followers — that I was sleeping on the brand. And boy, was she right.

Park's video, taken in what looks like the inside of a Cotton On store, features fun printed hats, cute bikinis, wide-leg pants that Gen-Z has single-handedly brought back into style, pastel button-downs, "so so many" graphic tees, and of course, its signature basics, all of which she fawns over with enthusiastic captions. After literally and figuratively liking the video, my FYP quickly became an advertisement for Cotton On (whoever thinks our phones aren't listening is very wrong), and I was subsequently influenced. As a newly-minted Cotton On stan, I rounded up the best pieces for spring and summer so that you don't have to. Keep scrolling to shop the warm-weather picks that will send you straight into summer mode. No TikTok haul required.
