We don't know what we love more: Demi Lovato [1]'s powerful performance at the Billboard Music Awards [2] or her bold bright purple suit. Just weeks after calling off her engagement to Max Ehrich [3], Demi took the stage at the virtual award show to give a moving performance of her new song "Commander in Chief." The singer performed the song on a piano wearing the '90s-inspired purple suit while a "Vote" sign flashed in the background. The suit itself came in an oversized silhouette and featured bold shoulder pads.

While we didn't get a glimpse of the entire outfit, we couldn't help but stare at the gorgeous jewels she wore. Demi accessorised her award show look with a bunch of diamond choker necklaces all stacked up and a pair of diamond hoop earrings. She also matched her eyeshadow to the colour of her suit and gave another nod to the '90s with her Baby Spice-esque half-up half-down pigtails.
