The baggy striped cargos came as part of a set, complete with a sporty cropped vest that bared her midriff while she toured the city. These loose-fitting trousers are a departure from her recent low-rise "thong" moment [3] or the Dion Lee fold-over pants [4] that memorably displayed hip cutouts.
