Hailey Baldwin must've been lurking on my wedding Pinterest board, because she found a pair of heels straight out of my wildest dreams for her rehearsal dinner. The 22-year-old model touched down in South Carolina with husband Justin Bieber ahead of their (second) wedding, and she was spotted in a gorgeous all-white outfit for the preceremony festivities.
