Jennifer Lopez isn't one to do things halfway — take her surprise appearance at Milan Fashion Week, for example. The 50-year-old Hustlers star showed up on the Versace runway on Friday night in a revamped version of her famous 2000s Grammys gown, and enjoyed a post-show after party in a similarly sexy minidress.
After J Lo strutted down the catwalk, she slipped into something similarly tropical — but a little shorter — from Donatella Versace's collection. The palm-patterned long-sleeved dress featured another plunging neckline (this time held together by giant safety pins) and a mini skirt. She finished off the ensemble with a matching shoulder bag and sparkling beaded thigh-high boots. It's been 19 years since J Lo first wore this gown on the red carpet, and yet she continues to "break the internet" anytime she wears something similar. An iconic dress for an iconic performer.
