Jessie J Puts her Baby Bump Centre Stage in a Totally See-Through Jumpsuit
Jessie J is fast on her way to having one of the best-dressed bumps around. The singer performed at the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire on 28 Feb. wearing a totally see-through black catsuit adorned with sparkling crystals which exposed her triangle bra, brief knickers, and blossoming bump. The singer added a matching jacket made of the same sheer fabric and crystal embellishment over the top, feathered strappy heels, and large hoop earrings. Her hair was pulled back into a plait to ensure all eyes were on her revealing outfit.
This look is the latest in a number of head-turning outfits that prove maternity dressing doesn't have to be boring. A day earlier, when Jessie J performed another sold-out show in London, she wore a similar see-through top and flowing trousers by LaPointe which exposed her underwear and bump. The sheer material had a blue metallic sheen which was accentuated by her matching blue eyeshadow. She added comfy black sliders and a black quilted coat on top when she left the venue, and kept her hair down and wavy. And we have to say, motherhood is already looking good on her!
Working with stylist Madeleine Bowden, these stage outfits follow her recent Brits show-stopper. The "Price Tag" singer arrived on the red carpet wearing a Brielle co-ord made up of red leggings and a crop top that sat just above her bump. Like Rihanna, who announced her second pregnancy after her Superbowl halftime show on 12 Feb., Jessie J is ensuring her bump takes centre stage in her wardrobe.
The 34-year-old has been letting followers in on the ups and downs of pregnancy. After experiencing a pregnancy loss back in November 2021, she has been candid about her desire to be a mother and the grief she was still feeling months later. She then announced her pregnancy on 6 Jan. with an emotional video, before detailing her sickness. On 11 Feb., Jessie J revealed she was expecting a boy who already loves her singing, kicking away as she belts out some tunes. We bet he was rocking out during her latest performance!
