Ahead of the Dancing With the Stars [1] season finale on Monday, JoJo Siwa took a break from rehearsals to stop by the American Music Awards [2] in Los Angeles. Wearing a classic black off-the-shoulder gown with a ruffled skirt — a departure from her usual signature bow and colourful outfits — the dancer revealed the occasion was her first glam moment ever, aside from her looks on DWTS.
"I've kind of had this transition while being on DWTS," she shared on the red carpet. "I've gone from dressing like how I normally dress to looking more adult, and I was like, 'I want to branch out of my comfort zone.'" The fun gown was complemented by multiple silver ear piercings [3] and a pair of shoes borrowed from her very own DWTS partner, Jenna Johnson.
