Kelly Rowland's Velvet Coat Is So Gorgeous, It's Making Us Wish For More Cold Weather
Kelly Rowland gave us a lesson in how to stay stylish while staying warm when she put in an appearance at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday. The former Destiny's Child singer — who's starring in a Christmas movie this year — wrapped up in a luxurious ankle-length velvet coat with military-inspired buttons and a stand-up collar, and proved that sometimes, outerwear can be an outfit in itself. What she's wearing underneath really didn't matter with all eyes on that statement coat.
To contrast the sharp lines of the coat, Kelly piled on some festive sparkle by opting for bejewelled silver accessories, namely a diamanté belt, leather gloves studded with crystals, and giant chandelier earrings. She took great pride in showing off her gloves as she posed for the cameras, and who can blame her: if you're going to wrap up warm, you may as well do so with a touch of sparkle.
