Megan Thee Stallion, who won her first Grammy for best new artist and also celebrated wins alongside Beyoncé for "Savage," wore not one, but two custom Dolce & Gabbana outfits for the evening, first walking the red carpet in a bright orange design with an ultra-high thigh slit and then taking the stage in a crystalized bodysuit for her performance.
