Meghan Markle made an appearance at the One Young World Summit on Tuesday evening, and she picked a favourite dress for the special event. The Duchess of Sussex looked regal as ever when she rewore Aritiza's Babaton Maxwell Dress — the same number she wore in January when she was still pregnant with Archie.
