The singer, who is performing "Midnight Sky," stunned in a sparkly black dress that was completely sheer. (No shocker there since she's the queen of daring MTV VMA red carpet looks.) She paired the see-through dress with matching black underwear, and the strapless number was covered with tiny silver mirrored embellishments that reflected with the camera flashes.
Miley's dress came with a pair of matching sheer gloves that featured black studs in place of the silver embellishments.
