Miley Cyrus [1] performed live at Lollapalooza in Chicago, choosing Gucci for her main outfit on stage at the music festival. Miley has had close ties with the Milan-based brand since being introduced as a new muse [2] and face of the Flora Gorgeous Gardenia fragrance [3]. After she worked with her team of stylists to put together a Gucci wardrobe for her free Pride concert [4], which streamed in June, this red, sequinned, '70s-inspired playsuit with a front zipper, collar, and GG logo belt took centre stage.
Miley teamed it with crystal-covered platform boots that would make the Spice Girls proud, hoop earrings, and layered necklaces to sing Plastic Hearts hits [5] like "Angels Like You," "Midnight Sky," and "Night Crawling" (yes, Billy Idol joined her in the flesh), plus older jams like "Wrecking Ball," "7 Things," and "The Climb."
