For the record, this dress has already sold out once since I bought it. (Yes, really). But that doesn't surprise me. To be honest, I was surprised to see a fitted dress in Old Navy's offerings. I normally associate the brand with fit-and-flare styles or flowy midis [4], so it certainly stands out on the brand's website in the best way. I knew it would be a smart addition to my wardrobe because I could dress it down with sneakers and a jean jacket or up with heels and jewellery, depending on the occasion.

I wish I could find a singular thing to warn you about when it comes to this purchase, but I can't. It's so flattering, and its rib-knit texture not only looks luxe but also feels super comfortable. Other Old Navy shoppers agree: it's perfect. One happy shopper wrote: "I was worried about the dress being too long for me had I ordered just the regular large.
