Prada x Adidas Launch a Trainer Collab, and We Know What We Want From Santa
After weeks of rumours on Twitter, Prada has finally confirmed that it will be designing a trainer collaboration with Adidas. The Italian heritage house made the announcement on its Instagram with a photo of two Adidas trainer boxes in a large Prada shopping tote, so make some space at the top of your gifting list 'cause we know what we want for Christmas.
The limited-edition capsule collection will include the Prada Superstar sneaker and the Prada bowling bag for Adidas. The Superstar is an Adidas Original shoe reimagined through the Prada lens. Made in Italy, the shoe features a Prada full-grain leather upper with an Adidas Originals rubber shell toe. The Prada bowling bag for Adidas will be an all-new silhouette that merges the design of a classic Prada bowling bag with an Adidas gym bag. The bag is made of calf leather and a sports nylon trap. Both the sneakers and the bag will be sold as a pair, online and in-store, from Dec. 4, 2019.
