Rihanna's groundbreaking pregnancy style is second to none. While making history as the first Barbadian entertainer, billionaire, and expectant mum to rock the Super Bowl Halftime stage, she wore a red Loewe utility jumpsuit and vinyl bra plate — making for one of her most iconic fashion moments to date. Since her entrance into the music industry over two decades ago, the 35-year-old musician has become a living icon, having championed many barriers — from inclusivity with her Savage x Fenty line to unmatched diversity with Fenty Beauty. As the singer continues to leave the world in awe, her effortless fashion sense only adds to her lasting imprint.

"I'm not gonna buy maternity pants, jeans, dresses, or [do] whatever society told me to do before."

Having worked with stylist Jahleel Weaver, she's produced many trendsetting street looks and jaw-dropping red carpet moments, including that vintage pink Chanel puffer coat and low-rise jeans combo that broke the internet as she unveiled her first baby bump with partner A$AP Rocky. Moving forward, the entrepreneur established an unconventional pregnancy wardrobe that changed the narrative of what to wear while expecting. "It's been me personally saying, I'm not going to buy maternity clothes. I'm not gonna buy maternity pants, jeans, dresses, or [do] whatever society told me to do before," she told Bustle. "So, I challenged myself to push it further and really just have fun with [maternity style]. Because there's nothing more fun than a challenge for me."

At this point, Rihanna has more than succeeded at rewriting dress codes, trading in loose-fitting maxi dresses and leggings for bump-baring silhouettes like crop tops, leather dresses, and shredded sets, inspiring stars such as Shay Mitchell to do the same. During her Fashion Month tour, the "Diamonds" singer wore a head-to-toe Gucci ensemble that featured a lace crop top, purple faux-fur jacket, and metallic hair piece. At the Dior show, she donned a sheer lace slip, nailing the goth aesthetic. She also cemented herself as the champion of Y2K style, rocking a pink bra with low-rise jeans and a crystal Miu-Miu set for dinner dates with Rocky.

In line with the approach to her first pregnancy, the multihyphenate continues to "enjoy not having to worry about her tummy," as she put it to People, with baby number two. The beauty mogul turned heads at the 2023 Oscars in a custom Alaïa dress with butt-baring cutouts, and later changed into an embellished Maison Margiela by John Galliano outfit while performing "Lift Me Up."

Most recently, she stepped out in a JW Anderson look that featured a fuzzy brown tube top with blue pants and a faux-fur coat for an evening in Paris. Shortly thereafter, she teamed a denim embellished Gucci jacket and skirt, balancing her baby boy on her hip, who flaunted a green velvet Fendi jacket with jeans and a pair of Gucci Horsebit boots.

Ahead, take a moment to bask in Rihanna's all-time, unfailing pregnancy style.
