Mindy Kaling basically dressed as a younger version of herself for Halloween, aka Devi Vishwakumar from her hit Netflix show, Never Have I Ever, and it's no surprise she totally crushed it. (The character of Devi, who's played by Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, is loosely based on Mindy's own childhood.) On Thursday, just a few days before the spooky holiday, the writer and producer shared her costume on Instagram, nailing not just the outfit, but Devi's exact pose. She even had two friends dress as Devi's love interests, Paxton and Ben, and the trio looks absolutely adorable.
