Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas Take Couple Dressing to the Next Level in Matching Leather Jackets

NEW YORK, NEW YORK - OCTOBER 20: (EXCLUSIVE COVERAGE) Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner pose at the opening night of the play

Couples who dress together, stay together, and there are no better poster couples for the saying than Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas. The pair stepped out to watch the opening night of the play "Topdog/Underdog" on 20 Oct. in New York, which stars "Straight Outta Compton" actor Corey Hawkins, wearing matching leather looks.

Keeping things tonal, Turner opted for a cropped brown leather jacket by Nanushka that perfectly complimented her warm red hair. The boxy silhouette with oversized collar and large front pockets, cut from regenerated leather, was expertly offset by a slim-fit tan, knitted co-ord comprising of a crop top and maxi skirt. She teamed the top-to-toe brown outfit with cream boots, layered gold necklaces, and added autumnal tan eyeshadow for a polished finish.

And it wasn't just Turner who served an effortlessly refined look. Jonas got the couple dressing memo by choosing a black leather jacket, also by Nanushka, with similar oversized pockets and clean, minimal design. He also kept his look to a single colour scheme, wearing the jacket over a black t-shirt and trousers, teamed with fun monochrome loafers adorned with illustrations. Together, the matching jackets served as proof that their harmonious wardrobes really are upping the couple dressing stakes.

The pair, who recently celebrated the birth of their second child, were on a well-deserved date night, and being parents of 2 is certainly looking good on them. Jophie are entering their couple dressing era, having also stepped out in matching Louis Vuitton leather looks on 15 October at the Annual Academy Museum Gala in LA. They have been known to coordinate their outfits with colours in the past, but this phase of his n' hers dressing has caught our fashion eye. Here's to more cute public displays of (style) affection.
