Everything to Know About the Engagement Rings on "Love Is Blind"

In an exclusive interview with Entertainment Tonight, series creator Chris Coelen reveals details about the show's unique process. He confirms that the men who chose to propose did get to see a collective of jewels, from which they were allowed to select one engagement ring. "Since they were in the facility and weren't able to go out into the 'real world' at that point, they couldn't have been able to go [to a shop]. We wouldn't have allowed them to at that point. It's obviously such a gigantic moment in people's lives that we wanted it to be as authentic to them as it possibly could be," he said.

If the rings were chosen from the Love Is Blind collection that was presented to the men, then they were paid for. Coelen confirmed that couples were allowed to elevate their own bridal details if they wanted to spend out of pocket. "If they wanted to spend their own money, or try to enhance it within reason, we would certainly allow that. We would never put any constraints on them unless it was something we couldn't accommodate within the show. That was really up to them."

There are fans of Love Is Blind and then there are investigators, some of whom realised that Lauren, Jessica, and Amber were all sporting the same engagement rings.
