Quite frankly, all it takes is some dedication and a routine that will target the many muscles of your core [2] at once. Celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins [3], aka the queen of quick and effective workouts, is back with her latest edition of her ab-blast challenge.

This no-hassle workout requires just one piece of equipment — a workout bench! From the looks of it, you're going to be building stamina and core strength at the same time with the following seven moves:

  1. Elevated Bicycles
  2. Oblique Crunches
  3. Oblique Toe Touches
  4. Bench Hopovers
  5. Reverse Crunches
  6. Single-Leg Leg Lowers
  7. Hollow Body Hold

Do 10-25 reps of the first six exercises. Hold the final exercise for 30-60 seconds, repeating for two to three rounds.
