Celeb trainer Jeanette Jenkins has torched our core before with her Class FitSugar workouts, and this circuit is on another level. Heads-up for those double leg circles, flutter kicks, and rocking hollow holds — you'll be counting down the seconds until your well-deserved rest.

Put on some comfy socks (or grab a couple of hand towels) for Massy Arias's at-home total-core blaster; the sliding planks and bridges will shred your core. These are challenging moves, so focus on getting the form down before you start hitting those reps.

Want a fast, effective ab blast? Check out this simple three-move core workout, which throws in some extra-credit arm and balance work too. Feel free to use those modifications — this one's tough.

If you want a lower-abs and oblique burn like nothing else, this high-rep workout challenge is for you, full of V-up variations and sit-up twists. The full workout is 270 reps in total, so it's OK to start lower and work your way up.

This quick workout consists of just one move, but believe me, that's enough. It's part-crunch, part-toe-touch, and all burn, keeping your abs under tension the whole time.

Another one-move, total-burn ab workout? Yes, please. This hybrid move takes the best (or worst) parts of a plank, triceps-dip, crunch, and kick-through, and throws them all together for a quick workout that's painful in a good way.

Want planks? Careful what you wish for. This circuit combines hip dips, kicking planks, an elbow-plank hold, and more. You'll complete as many reps as you can in one minute for a serious, full-core burn.
