Antioxidant Chia Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 75 grams frozen mixed berries
    120 mL unsweetened pomegranate juice
    120 mL cup water
    1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth.
  2. Top of with an extra sprinkle of chia seeds if you wish.

Serves 1.
