Yes, you’ve guessed, one more #transformationtuesday pic on Wednesday. 🤦🏼‍♀️My timing seems really bad, but then who really cares!? 😅
19 months of #bbg. 
What I’ve learned is that consistency and dedication doesn’t have to be time consuming. Kayla’s program with her #sweat app is such a well structured program that you can’t have the lack of time excuse. It obviously takes scheduling but seriously a 30-45 mins home or outdoor workout 5 times a week can be done if you prioritize it a bit. 
I’ve learned that you can still get fit even if you’re in your forties. Your age shouldn’t stop you in the pursue of a better shape and a healthier lifestyle. It should rather push you to try. We can’t stop the aging process but we can age in a better way. Regular exercise especially resistance exercise is so good for your body. You won’t only lose fat, but your muscle mass will tone and strengthen, contrasting the aging process (you lose muscle with age and sedentary life). _
I’ve learned that you don’t need dieting hard (I’ve actually never did, I love food too much) and starve yourself in order to lose weight. My nutrition is certainly more balanced and healthier now but I never ever feel really hungry cos I just keep nourishing my body nonstop. 
These are just some random reasons why I keep on going. 
I love looking better but sincerely there is so much more to fitness than just looking better! .

When Maggie was scrolling through Instagram, she wasn't looking for fitness or weight-loss posts. But Kayla Itsines, BBG, and the BBG community posts kept coming up in her feed. After running and not being happy with the results, Maggie says, "Kayla and her army arrived to show me that all I needed was her 28min a day program." She shares, "BBG found me and I couldn't help but fall for it."

It's been 19 months, and the transformation photos speak for themselves! Maggie has learned that "consistency and dedication doesn't have to be time consuming" and "that you can still get fit even if you're in your forties." She uses Kayla's app and does 30- to 45-minute workouts five times a week, saying that because they're so short, you can't pull the excuse that you have no time — you just have to make working out a priority by deliberately carving workouts into your schedule.
