Learn How BBG Helped Jamie Lose 28 Pounds and Completely Transform Her Body

Jamie wasn't happy with the how she felt or how she was living her life. "I found myself trying to hide what I perceived as my flaws," she said.

She was following a friend on Instagram who had been posting about her own fitness journey. Jamie found her results so inspiring. "I asked her what helped to motivate her and she said that she followed a bunch of fitness accounts on Instagram really helped her to get started."

Eight years after giving birth to her first child (the photo on the left), Jamie began looking up fitness hashtags, following as many accounts as she could. "I found BBG by scrolling through hashtags related to fitness on Instagram. Somehow it brought me to Kayla Itsines' page." That was May 26th, 2015, the day Jamie discovered the popular workout plan, BBG, and the day her journey officially began.
