"Yep, these Hail Merry Salted Brownie Protein Bar Bites ($3) taste as decadent as they sound! The vegan, gluten-free bites are chocolaty, chewy, and topped with bits of Celtic sea salt — they taste just like a brownie! But they're made with much healthier ingredients, like almonds, maple syrup, hempseed, sunflower seed protein, and cocoa powder. Each package is 290 calories and offers 10 grams of protein and just nine grams of sugar. "I am completely obsessed with Gymshark's Sleek Sculpture Sports Bra ($36) and Sleek Sculpture Sports Bra ($36). I love that the leggings hit at my waist, just above my belly button, so that I don't need to adjust when I'm doing squats. The bra has a cute cutout but enough coverage that I feel comfortable working out without wearing a tank over it. This is truly one of my favourite sets (and I have a lot of sets . . . ). "It's officially grilling season, and since I don't eat meat, I'm always on the lookout for a good veggie burger. I recently tried these Field Roast FieldBurgers ($7) and love them! Each 290-calorie patty offers 25 grams of protein, three grams of fibre, and just 10 grams of carbs. They have a firm-enough consistency to hold up on a grill, and you can actually see barley along with bits of carrots and mushrooms. My husband, who enjoys a beef burger, likes them too!" — JS
"I've been a fan of Year of Ours since discovering the brand in March. I recently tried its new collection with Y7 yoga, and my first thought while wearing it was, 'This outfit is too nice to sweat in!' The female-led team behind the brand are masters of fit and style, and you can't help but feel sexy in their lace-up football leggings ($108) and bra ($78.) I died a little inside knowing I was going to put this beautiful activewear through a truly sweaty Y7 yoga class. However, I'm happy to report that not only did this outfit wear extremely well during class, but it also made it through the wash with no pilling or fading.
