Shopping at Trader Joe's is a lifestyle. A passion, really. It's affordable, there are tons of healthy options, the crew is friendly, samples abound — and if that weren't enough, there are always new products rolling in. In fact, the store has an entire section dedicated to these often seasonal and holiday-inspired items. There are Instagram accounts created for the sole purpose of announcing their arrival. And I guess you could say I'm hopping on the bandwagon, with this roundup of the healthiest new items you'll find on shelves in 2019.

We've covered everything from frozen dinners (better than they sound) to a chocolate quinoa cake mix (every bit as good as it sounds), so make your list and get shopping.
