Birds Eye Cauliflower Ranch Fries

PSA: Walmart Now Sells Ranch-Flavoured Cauliflower Fries, 'Cause Who Needs Potatoes?

Cauliflower has disguised itself in a bunch of our favourite comfort foods: pizza crust, gnocchi, mashed potatoes, and even stuffing. But just when we thought people couldn't get any more creative with the fibrous veggie, Birds Eye came out with a genius twist: Cauliflower and Ranch Fries.

The "fries" are made with cauliflower and sweet potato and clock in at 150 calories, six grams of fat, three grams of fibre, two grams of sugar, and three grams of protein. With 20 grams of carbs per serving, these aren't keto-friendly, but they do have fewer carbs than a traditional serving of fries; a medium order of McDonald's fries has 45 grams of carbs.

To make eating them even easier, these come premade and frozen so you just have to pop them in the oven to crisp them up. Birds Eye promises that these fries are made with no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives and that each serving size contains one serving of vegetables.

If you're looking for a healthier spin on your favourite comfort food, pick up a bag of these frozen fries. Intsagram user TheImpulsiveBuy found them at Walmart, so keep an eye on your local grocery store's frozen vegetable section.
