The Kardashian sisters are known for eating clean [3] and training hard [4] regularly, and if you've ever wanted to exercise like them, now's your chance. On behalf of BodyArmor Sports Drink [5], celebrity trainer Don-A-Matrix [6] — whose clientele includes Fergie and Kanye West in addition to Kim, Kourtney, and Khloé — gave us a look into the family's fitness routines. And unsurprisingly, the movements are pretty difficult.
"For my workouts with the Kardashian family, I try to incorporate a Bosu Ball because it allows for increased versatility in your workouts," Don told POPSUGAR.
Below are three exercises he uses that target the upper body, lower body, and core.
- Lateral squats: "Start from squatting position and keep one foot on the ground and the other on the Bosu Ball. Leap into the air and switch feet. Repeat 20 times."
- Jump-switch lunges: "Start from the lunge position with one foot on the Bosu Ball. Jump into the air and land on your opposite foot. Repeat 20 times."
- Push-ups: "Start in a plank position, dome side-down, and your hands on the flat side of the Bosu Ball. Lower down into a push-up position, hovering your chest off the Bosu. Repeat 20 times."
