Squats and deadlifts and backbends, oh MY! Britney Spears [3] gave us yet another sneak peek into her ultrafit life [4], replete with purple string lights, the tiniest of shorts, and a perfectly coiffed ponytail [5]. Her routine? Some single-leg deadlifts, squats to overhead presses, rows in plank, and, of course, some splits. To say we're obsessed with Queen Britney and her fitness routine [6] is an understatement.
