Maybe they'll hit up the hotel gym for a few minutes, but Britney Spears, the queen of partner training and itty-bitty workout outfits, likes to unwind and tone up with some yoga. And not just Tree pose and Downward Dog; girl puts in two hours of work.
Instead of lying in bed watching TV, Britney spends her downtime in a hotel doing an effortless yoga flow, according to her Instagram video. Wearing just a sports bra, short shorts, and sneakers, she showed off her toned physique and impressive yogi moves.
"Travelling from hotel to hotel can make you a little stir crazy, so I decided to start doing 2 hours of yoga in each room!" she wrote in her Instagram caption. "I was very sore the next day, but at least I got to use my time wisely."
Doing yoga for hours is one way to prevent going stir crazy. Since she's used to grinding it out at her home gym, it's no surprise Britney turned her bare-bones hotel room into her own yoga studio. The performer's commitment to fitness is serious travel goals. Like her song says: "You better work, b*tch!"
