"Give this workout out a go from home," she wrote in her caption. "You'll get your heart rate up and a serious booty burn."
In Stef Fit's video, she breaks her workout down into four moves, starting with some cardio and ending in booty-band work.
The Workout
- Jump rope — 40 seconds, 5 sets (20 seconds of rest in between)
- Side-step squats [5] — 10 to 12 reps, 4 sets
- Lateral band walks [6] — 10 to 12 reps, 4 sets
- Plank with side step [7] — 10 to 12 reps, 4 sets
