Cauliflower Crust Pizza at Costco

RUN — Don't Walk — Because Costco's Selling Cauliflower Crust Pizza in Affordable 2-Packs!

Sorry, Disneyland, but Costco is actually the happiest place on earth. I mean, where else can you gallivant down larger-than-life aisles, buying cookie butter cheesecakes that unnecessarily weigh three pounds and scoring all the free food samples your heart could ever desire along the way? The retailer offers quite the array of items in bulk, but we just stumbled upon a Costco find that's sure to make health-conscious foodies do a happy dance: frozen cauliflower crust pizzas.

It looks like the wholesale retailer recently started selling not one but TWO types of certified gluten-free pizza by Milton's Craft Bakers: both a Roasted Vegetable and a Margherita Four Cheese option. Holy YUM. Both versions have a thin, crispy crust and cost $14 for a two-pack box, or $7 per pizza. Sure, this isn't quite as cheap as Trader Joe's $5 cauliflower crust cheese pizza, but it's a bit more affordable than Caulipower, a similar brand that offers four-packs of various cauliflower crust 'zas on Amazon for $40, or $10 a pizza.

Let's break down the nutrition facts on these beauties, shall we? For each 1/4 pizza serving size, the Roasted Vegetable flavour has 230 calories, eight grams of total fat, 27 grams of carbs, two grams of fibre, and 12 grams of protein, whereas the Margherita Four Cheese has 250 calories, 11 grams of total fat, 26 grams of carbs, two grams of fibre, and 14 grams of protein.

As for the reviews, they've been pretty darn raving so far, with praise starting to spread on social media. One Instagram user who shared a photo of their Milton's pizza wrote, "I've never tried cauliflower crust before, but you can't even tell it's not real pizza dough here. Recommend for sure." Another wrote, "Really crispy crust. Truly delicious. I plan on buying more!" and even went so far as to add that it's "much better" than Trader Joe's pizza. We're sold!

If you're looking for a one-and-done gluten-free dinner to pop in the oven on busy weeknights, this just might be your new go-to. See what these indulgent yet sneakily healthy pies look like in real life ahead so you can spot them immediately on Costco shelves!
