A deliciously creamy, slightly sweet breakfast with a strong coffee flavour. This is one cool way to enjoy your cup of joe in the morning on a hot day while also getting a healthy dose of protein — 22 grams.

This smoothie follows the perfect breakfast formula for weight loss complete with healthy fats and fibre to keep you full for hours. It tastes a little like melted coffee ice cream, so yeah, it's pretty amazing.

This smoothie is made with one eight-ounce cup of coffee, so it'll definitely give you a caffeine boost. As a bonus, it's a great way to use leftover coffee — just put it in the fridge and grab it the next morning.

Notes

If you usually prefer a sweeter cup of coffee, go for vanilla soy milk instead of unsweetened.
